What is on my mind today is all the food coloring people, especially children are about to ingest. I think it is time that I provide some educational notes, on food colors. What I am about to tell you and give you links to, IS THE INGREDIENTS IN FOOD COLORING. I recently started working in retail and stand all day. My lower back really hurts after a shift. Does anyone have any suggestions for pain relief . I have been putting some ICY HOT on my back after my shift but it does not help that much. I am overweight and I know that does not help wither. Any suggestions?
